REAL FOOD

For this breakfast we need pineapple, oat, oil, whole wheat bread, skim milk, turkey breast and tomatoes.
1: we do a pineapple juice.
 

2:put the oil in the bread, then the tomatoes and finally the turkey breast.
 
3: and finally we put in the milk the oat
 
Then you can eat this healthy breakfast.
